The summer before last (2007) I heard Chris Tomlin's version of Amazing Grace for the first time at Extreme Desire Youth Camp (thanks Scott and Worship 101!)
Since then, it's become one of my all time favorites and ministers so much to me. The verse my title comes from goes like this.
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow
The sun forbear to shine
But God, Who called me here below
Will be forever mine
Will be forever mine
You are forever mine
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow, funny but that sounds good to me. Now, I'm not saying I don't like this earth. I do. I am blessed beyond measure here but my citizenship is in heaven from which I eagerly await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform my lowly body to His glorious one by the power that enables Him to subject all things unto Himself.
All my blessings, my amazing husband, my children, my family my friends and church just give me a vague picture of the blessings awaiting me there! I can't wait to stand hand in hand with them, praising my Lord, for eternity.

Hey Michelle! I set your blog to let me know when you blog. I love that song up there. Thanks for commenting now and then on my blog. That last one you commented on, I went back and edited a little. My aunt teased about me going to go into a ladies class now and say, "I'm here! Now listen up!" Funny huh? Anyways, blog away girl!
